Learn MoreIVF (in vitro fertilization) is the world's most widely used assisted reproductive treatment, based on bringing egg and sperm together in the laboratory and transferring the highest-quality embryo to the uterus. Like the thousands of couples who choose Cyprus (TRNC) for IVF, at Clavis you can move a step closer to your dream of parenthood with 23+ years of experience, AI-assisted embryo analysis and treatment plans tailored to you.
IVF (in vitro fertilization) is the procedure in which eggs collected from the mother after ovarian stimulation are fertilized in the laboratory with the father's sperm, and the best of the developing embryos is transferred to the uterus. It is the most commonly used and scientifically best-established assisted reproductive method for couples who cannot conceive naturally.
At Clavis IVF Center, every treatment is planned individually. Fertilization is performed with microinjection (ICSI), placing a single sperm inside the egg; embryos are grown in MINC+ incubators under conditions as close as possible to the mother's uterus and monitored continuously with embryoscopy. AI-assisted embryo analysis guides our team in selecting the strongest embryo for transfer.
North Cyprus has become an international IVF destination thanks to its experienced medical teams, up-to-date laboratory infrastructure and the legality of donation treatments that are not permitted in Türkiye. If you would like to understand the medical terms you will encounter during treatment, take a look at our IVF glossary.
If one of the following situations applies to you, IVF treatment may be the right option:
Most of the medication protocol can be completed in your home country; the time you need to stay in Cyprus is generally 5–7 days. To see the roadmap that suits your situation, try our AI-assisted pre-assessment tool in just a few minutes.
A free assessment via WhatsApp; hormone tests, ultrasound and semen analysis are carried out in your own city and sent to us.
The medication protocol that increases the number of eggs begins in your home country under medical supervision; development is followed by ultrasound.
Eggs are collected under light anaesthesia in 15-20 minutes; the same day they are fertilized with sperm using ICSI.
Embryos are monitored in a MINC+ incubator with embryoscopy; the strongest embryo is identified with AI-assisted analysis.
The highest-quality embryo is usually transferred to the uterus on day 5 in a painless procedure; a beta hCG test is performed 10-12 days later.
In IVF treatment, the outcome is determined by the combination of accurate diagnosis, a personalised protocol and laboratory quality. Led by our Medical Director, Op. Dr. Armağan Ulubaş, our team brings 23+ years of experience together with up-to-date technology at our center in Nicosia.
In line with our transparent pricing policy, we set out all items clearly at the first consultation. For pricing details, see our Cyprus IVF prices page, and to book an appointment or ask any questions, reach us via our contact page.

Ask a QuestionBecause the ovarian stimulation medication can be started in your home country under medical supervision, the time you need to stay in Cyprus is generally 5-7 days. Treatment consists of five main stages: pre-assessment and tests, ovarian stimulation, egg collection (OPU), fertilization and embryo monitoring in the laboratory, and embryo transfer. The pregnancy result is learned with a beta hCG test carried out 10-12 days after the transfer.
