Ask a QuestionWho makes the hotel booking?
Your patient coordinator makes the booking on your behalf. Once your treatment dates are confirmed, we choose a partner hotel to suit your preferences and budget together, check availability and complete the reservation. All you need to do is approve your travel plan.
Is accommodation included in the treatment fee?
Accommodation is planned separately from the treatment package, so you can choose your hotel and length of stay to fit your own budget. Our partner hotels offer special discounted rates for Clavis patients. We calculate your exact accommodation cost together with your dates during the initial consultation.
How many nights do I need to stay in Cyprus?
For most treatment plans, your stay in Cyprus is 5-7 days. Shorter stays are also possible for single procedures such as egg collection or embryo transfer. Based on the treatment schedule set by your doctor, your coordinator will give you a precise number of nights.
How do the airport and clinic transfers work?
From the moment you land at Ercan Airport, all transfers are arranged by Clavis: private transport from the airport to your hotel, from your hotel to the clinic and to all your appointments. Your driver's details are shared with you before you travel.
Can I stay with a companion?
Of course. All of our partner hotels offer double and family rooms. You are welcome to stay with your partner or a loved one; simply let your coordinator know the number of guests when the booking is made.
Can I stay at a hotel other than the partner hotels?
Yes, the choice of accommodation is entirely yours. We recommend our partner hotels for their proximity to the clinic, patient comfort and special conditions for Clavis patients. If you stay at a different hotel, we still handle your transfers and appointment arrangements in exactly the same way.
